As reported by the Daily Mail, Gwyneth Paltrow had a Reiki session in Los Angeles on Friday, April 24, 2014 which coincided with her estranged husband, Chris Martin, speaking for the first time about their separation.  It was reported she looked refreshed after the session.  The feeling of relaxation and appearance of looking refreshed is a typical one after receiving Reiki.

Reiki Therapy is a wonderful option for those in need of healing on an emotional level.  It allows your feelings to release and replaces them with a sense of peace.  Reiki has personally been a tool I use during emotional times of my life ranging from my father's death to just the daily struggles you can have at home or work.
